Hey guys,

I'm back! No one wants to hear about my march break, it was not fun.

I did however receive a bunch of messages from you guys sharing some pretty horrific stories! Thank you so much for sending them in, I love to hear from you!

My Pod

Yesterday we put out part 3 of what will be (I'm pretty sure) 4 parts on Richard Kuklinski. This episode mostly explores Richard's dealings with the Mob. I went through his version of events of multiple mafia related hits, including some of the more disturbing murders.  Also the series of murders that he would later be charged for.

This episode was particularly graphic, so consider yourself warned.

You can watch or listen to this episode on Apple, Spotify or Youtube. And maybe subscribe to us on youtube, if you want :)

The most fucked up thing I've herd all week

“A piece of paper does not protect a person who is intent on causing them harm,” Chief Lowe said. “This is the absolute worst outcome for a stalking case. This is every victim, every detective, every police chief’s worst nightmare.”

Stalking is one of the scariest forms of predation IMO. I've done two other issues of this letter mostly dedicated to the topic because it scares me so much. Why do I find stalking so scary? 1. It could happen to anyone, but the more you put yourself out there, especially online, the more likely you'll attract one of these creeps.  And I do that...  2. There is not much you can do to prevent someone from deciding to stalk you, or stopping their super creepy behaviour before it becomes violent. There seem to be way too few tools available to law enforcement to prevent stalkers from stalking.

And that is exactly what happened in this case.

Ramin Khodakaramrezaei met Zohreh Sadeghi on a clubhouse chat. She was a podcaster, and after interacting with her on clubhouse, he became obsessed. Zohreh was apparently friendly with Ramin. They exchanged messages and phone calls, but eventually things got out of hand. Ramin was contacting Zohreh up to 100 times per day, he would show up at her home.

Zohreh filed an order of protection against Ramin, but as we all too commonly see, this did not stop him from showing up to her home, shooting Zohreh and her husband Mohammad Milad Naseri before turning the gun on himself. Zohreh's mother was also in the home, but she managed to escape and call for help.

What an absolutely senseless murder spree.

Aiden Fucci sentencing

Aiden Fucci is being sentenced today. The hearing has been occurring over the last few days, and it's been rough. I've watched a bunch of it.

Obviously the most gut wrenching aspect of the hearing has been the victim impact statements from Tristyn's family particularly, the four siblings she left behind.

As an older sibling, I cannot imagine what it would feel like to loose a younger sibling. As an older sibling, you're supposed to be there for your younger sibs, lead by example and make sure people don't mess with them, even though you do. And now these 4 siblings of Tristyn's have to live their lives, knowing what happened to their baby sister. Horrendous.

Three of Tristyn's sibling's statements can be seen here.

Here is a copy of Aiden's "apawlogy" letter. Please note that he spelled Tristyn's name wrong. Could no one on his legal team proof read this???

As for the sentencing, that is supposed to go down today. We know that the harshest sentence available would be a life sentence, and the most lenient sentence available would be 40 years with a review set at 25 years. That means, if he gets two years time served, the earliest Aiden could get out would be 23 years from now when he is 39 years old.I guess we'll see what the judge decides.

I will update on the Grim Weekly Instagram account as soon as I hear anything.
